I am tired after dinner. So giving up continuing my reading, find podcast instead. A way for relax, at least, relax for eyes. After one hour or more, I still feel tired and lack of intention to study. But just a moment I get up and sit in front of my computer, and start reading the part I left before dinner. It is so natural, without any resistance. Well, not so concentrated on the content because of more complexity and podcast downloading. Time passed while I finished the left part.

So, I did’t get up immediately, and returned to that chapter to write down the example code into my favoraite editor, emacs. You know, it must be a bored thing to just copy example code, even more bored with much example code. But I turned into a flow state, that concentrate strongly on write example code without thinking anything else. I did’t feel tired at the peroid of time, but feel a kind of pleasure, as if I had done some thing great. And time seems slow down.

Another thing, it’s the first time that my butt hurt before my mind hurt.

So there must be a thing, well, be many things that turn me into a flow state. I should try more. I feel so lucky to experience such a state.

And one more thing, after this noon’s nap, well 1.5 h nap, my mind feels very light and clear. It is just refreshed.
