It is embarassing being asked to ask questions about papers that you don’t understand. So here are some templates for you.

data

• can we get that data? open source?
• is it proper to use that data? outdated, special?
• how do they get their data?
• how do they process their data?

method

• what is its core method?
• what are the corresponding method in other paper?
• can we implement that method? and get same result?

story

• sorry, I cannot understand the story. Can you explain it a little bit more?
• I think the story is that … . Anything wrong?
• is the story convincing?

keyword

• please explain that word/sentence/description.
• what is that?
• keyword in title
• keyword in story
• keyword in method
• keyword in simulation/experiment
• keyword in result

simulation

• why does it choose simulation rather than real experiment?
• can we implement that?
• what does the result mean?
• does the result reliable?

experiments

• many real factors to consider. For example, wind, interference, item used in experiment.
• can we do that?

other

• can it be used in other scence? or make a real demo?
