Let’s talk about feeling first. I have experienced fear, ecstasy, despairation, sadness and overwhelmed. Cannot keep a peaceful mind any more. Just because I want something. But pursuing something is right and we should do that right? Then why should I suffer those extreme feelings? Those feelings are just feelings that affect my mind, but have no good effect with the result of the specific things.
Can I stay away from those feelings and only focus on what should I do?
Maybe I can. But what is the first step, and next?
Well, the first is to do something. Anything is ok. Next, do the right thing, the thing that I should do or am supposed to do. Then, ignore feelings, and they will go with wind.

I have many opions about the world, people, and the things. And many years have passed, are they still right?

it is not good to be angry, but is necessary to be angry or even be mad and shouted at someone -> I think it is right.

the only method to discover the things is to make error and try again. -> right.

Sometimes, I know if I do that things will be better, but I can’t do. -> for example, I should not stay in room all day watching videos, but I just do that bad thing for a long period.
