do some physical work makes me feel good
that is a good start, but I hope I can do more. At the same time, I find there are so many obstacles to overcome.
eatting much makes me feeling good
because the network is disconnected, I have to quit watch living and to some offline entertainment. So listen to music.
that’s a lot of time. playing game is not so good, but learning is kind of suffering. So I always quit learning to play or watch videos
I feel nothing to do or just donot want to do something if I get up early. I can get up early. It is good for my health and emotion. maybe I need more courage to face this shit.

it is a game that need a lot of effort to learn. I feel that even I put a lot time (one week or so) to it, still beated by all kinds of opponents and don’t understand my decks and their decks.

game is not the fault. I just donot work. So what I need to do is to become love and enjoy my work. Game is not so interesting! So it is OK to reduce game time.
